of government market intelligence. He is a well known speaker in Japan, the
U.S. and Europe on subjects such as electronic business and the future of the
software and services industry. He is a co-author of "The Electronic Business
Revolution" and the author of "Outsourcing." Mr. Cunningham
has been an innovator in the high-tech industry for over 30 years. Before founding
INPUT in 1974, he was a founder and President of J.W. Goodhew and Associates,
Inc., a Washington, D.C. area data-processing consulting company. Prior to
that he held technical and management positions with ICL in the UK, CDC, and
Management Science America in the Washington D.C. area.
