Ilkka Yhtyma Oyj is a Finland-based company engaged in the provision of printing and publishing services. The Company’s activities are divided into three operating segments: Publishing, which provides provincial and local newspapers, as well as free sheets; Printing, which is responsible for the management of a printing house, as well as offers newspaper rotation, sheet printing, digital printing products and media agency services; and Associated Companies, which includes operations development of four publishing entities: Alma Media Corporation, Arena Partners Oy, Vall-Suomen Media Oy and Yrittava Suupohja Oy. It offers a range of newspaper titles, such as Ilkka and Pohjalainen, Viiskunta, Suupohjan Sanomat, Vaasan Ikkuna and Etela-Pohjanmaa. Furthermore, the Company is a parent of I-Mediat Oy, I-Print Oy, Kiinteisto Oy Seinajoen Koulukatu 10, Seinajoen Kassatalo Osakeyhtio and Pohjalaismediat Oy.
