Created GNN in 2000 with Josh Shore and then partnered with Ian Inaba and Anthony Lappé. Innovated a form of music-driven, viral mini-documentaries for the web that made GNN one of the most highly trafficked progressive news portals for Gens X and Y. After being approached by record companies, began directing music videos (which include controversial productions for Beastie Boys, Eminem and 50 Cent). Wrote two books - True Lies (Penguin), Wolves in Sheep's Clothing (Disinfo/Virgin) - and directed 2 features, both of which have been sold and widely distributed. GNN closed in 2010.
