Doug Rhodes and Brent Lin incorporated CEXEC in 1976 as a software and analysis company through the private investment of six original owners and stockholders. Doug, Brent and the other investors started CEXEC to provide for its employees a corporate culture where the quality of the work environment, quality of life, family environment and health of the employee were of equal importance to making and retaining profits.
