The communications software company Flextronics Software Systems is now Aricent. The company aims at strengthening communications for all of its clients. It is recognized as the world's leading communications equipment manufacturers, device manufacturers and service provider.Frost & Sullivan bestowed Aricent with 2007 Europe Frost and Sullivan Award for company of the year. Aricent and Ortiva Wireless recently announced the establishment of a new development center. Aricent plans to render R&D services to support the complete lifecycle, including product development, quality assurance and support, for Ortiva's Media Shaper platform. It also joined Femto Forum (www.femtoforum.org), a body formed to assist and promote femtocell deployment worldwide.
