They provide flexible structures and add value to Their clients’ businesses on both operational and financial levels. The Company’s ordinary shares are admitted to trading on AIM and FRA. The Company was the subject of a reverse takeover which completed in February 2014. At that time the Company's name was changed from China Private Equity Investment Holdings Limited to Adamas Finance Asia Limited with the AIM ticker of 'ADAM' and the FRA ticker of '1CP'. The Board of Adamas Finance Asia works together with Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited through its affiliate Adamas Global Alternative Investment Management Inc., which acts as Investment Manager to the Company. Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited has a Securities & Futures Commission Type 9 (Asset Management) license in Hong Kong.
