AntBuddy provides unified communications solutions for small businesses. The product is developed by HTK Inc., an IT and Telecoms company based in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang, Vietnam. More precisely, AntBuddy is a B2B service which combines telephony and business data on the same network and interface to give small businesses the ability to use, store and search chat, voice (1v1 call and conference), and data in their daily business operations across multiple devices in real-time. AntBuddy is built on a hosted IP PBX system which unifies the customer support system with the internal communication platform. Business users of AntBuddy can choose from or combine different customer support options: i) real-time customer support system, ii) cloud-based mini call centre, iii) IP PBX.
