Baystar Fashion Inc was founded in 1998 by entrepreneur Rainbow Gao. The company grew fast, being the only local & international model agency in China featuring all licenses and in 2008 Rainbow Gao was awarded 'Top 10 most influential person' in Beijing. After leaving the modelling business in 2012 Baystar Fashion Culture Inc has switched it's focus to Electronic Music Festival Business and Education.
