OUR MISSION BYCO is a platform for creating, discovering, and shopping good design. For designers, BYCO is a one-stop-shop, where anyone can submit designs for men’s and women’s clothing and home accessories. BYCO handles the sampling, production, distribution, photography, marketing, and sales with designers receiving 20-30% of the sales from their designs. For shoppers, BYCO offers innovative and quality-made design, made in limited edition, with some of the most talented designers from around the world. HOW DOES BYCO WORK For designers, BYCO works in 2 ways: For our “pro” level designers, BYCO offers sampling and a cost-efficient price, where for as little as $150.00, anyone can create and receive a custom made piece, and receive 30% of the sales from his or her design. For our standard designers, BYCO posts the design submission to our Discovery page, where the community can cover the cost of the sample; in exchange, the designer receives 20% of sales, and funders receive a discount towards any BYCO purchase. WHO IS BYCO FOR BYCO is only interested in good design – and that may come from anyone and anywhere. Established designers who would like a more self-branded presence can customize their profile page to act as a SHOP site and sell directly to their customers. For newer designers, the BYCO Shop page is a great way to gain exposure and sell your wares to the BYCO community.
