Our company specializes in computer tutorial software called pcAssistant and have developed a unique software technology that places an 'Assistant' directly on the user's desktop that will walk them through various Windows tasks such as copy, cut and paste, navigating the internet or even how to burn a cd. After the assistant has instructed the user to perform a task, the program actually waits for the user to complete the task and if incorrect, the assistant reacts accordingly. Variations of this software will be developed for other popular applications such as Microsoft Office and Apple’s MAC OS.
