Cambridge Humanae combines psychological tests and artificial intelligence to understand the psychological reliability of high-risk individuals, such as soldiers, pilots, and policemen. Via the partnership with Fraunhofer Society (Germany's research organization for applied research), and thanks to the investment from WestTech Ventures, the company is focusing on analyzing how individuals in sensitive roles have developed stress defense mechanisms, to reduce inoperative days and turnover brought by depression and non-adequate capabilities.
