It is a subsidiary of Naver, the operator of South Korea's top portal Naver.com (http://naver.com). Out of six mobile applications Camp Mobile has developed, BAND is the flagship product which is a mobile community service wildly popular in Korea. BAND(www.band.us) is known to be one of the biggest private social networking service aiming to provide private spaces to facilitate the management of real-life relationships as well as online acquaintances for discreet users. BAND serves as a group communication tool supporting not only chat function but also board, poll, album, and album. One can join BAND only only through invitation from the other BAND members or can simply create a BAND and invite others. One BAND can have up to 1,000 members. Recently, BAND has surpassed 50 million users world wide. Whoscall(http://whoscall.com) is a mobile spam blocker which provides users with detailed information on suspicious incoming calls and messages based on a database of 600 million numbers and surpassed 20 million downloads world wide. In December, 2013, acquired Gogolook for $18 million who operates Whoscall, a service that enables smartphone users to identify the source of and block calls and text messages from unknown numbers. Camp Mobile has regional branches in US, India, Taiwan, and Japan.
