Creating partnerships with middle market companies, private equity, and venture capital firms, our reputation is built on a thorough understanding of our clients' business financing needs, expediting due diligence and closing deals effectively. We also work with banks and other lenders to provide additional capital to their clients. We fund opportunities from $2 to $20 million in situations such as new plant expansions, manufacturing lines, channels of distribution and services to new customers. We also provide needed liquidity by leveraging in-place fixed assets. Since our founding in 1999, CapX Partners has made numerous investments in small and medium sized businesses that are in growth mode or in need of liquidity. Our clients include representation from almost every type of industry, across numerous types of financial needs, located in almost every part of the country.
