Its customers could browse and share their photos, videos, and documents using a Web browser or its free iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android apps. As of December 31, 2011, it had subscribers in approximately 100 countries. Its SMB offerings, Carbonite Business and Carbonite BusinessPremier, include features designed for multiple computers and users, enabling SMBs to install and use Carbonite backup without the help of a professional IT staff.
