CarlSays is a Social media / marketing company Delivering local deals to local people.

CarlSays lets you check-in with your usual services such as Gowalla, Foursquare and Twitter (with a geo tag) and sends you targeted offers from local merchants. It allows local merchants to find local customers without having the giant budgets that national chains have. Once a user registers for CarlSays, they keep checking-in like normal, and when a deal is available, it will be sent to them via SMS, email or Twitter DM. It's a great way to learn about local places and to get rewarded for trying them out. CarlSays will be launching in early July 2010 in Nashville, San Francisco and Atlanta and will be rolling out more cities on a continual basis.
