The firm typically invests in companies with primary operations in the United States. It prefers to invest in companies with a minimum EBITDA and/or cash flow of $1 million. The firm seeks to invest in the form of preferred and/or common equity, mezzanine capital, and subordinated debt. It may make direct investments or co-investments in companies. The firm seeks to make controlling or non- controlling investments in its portfolio companies.
