A company creates a profile with details of their business and brand, then generates specific job posting with details, date(s), and price. Once the job is submitted, verified, and published, the talent pool can view and apply for the job, then contact the company directly to discuss particulars and conduct preliminary negotiations. Companies can search the talent database, which returns a list of qualified talent, profiles and headshots, and their previous brand ambassador experiences. The company books talent directly on the platform, which holds funds in escrow until the gig is completed. Both sides communicate directly to arrange and execute logistics; upon gig completion, the platform releases the funds to the talent and prompts both sides to evaluate each other’s work performance. Live talent experiences plenty of downtime apart from their primary career focus; finding part-time or project-based promotional gigs that are legitimate and an appropriate fit for their skills and schedule can be challenging.
