CDP Equity is a holding company that has been set up to boost the Italian economy by investing venture capital in companies of 'significant national interest' (as envisaged by the decrees of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of 3 May 2011 and 2 July 2014) or in companies with 'economic, financial and capital balance, with adequate prospects of profitability and development, capable of generating value for investors'
