Mission StatementTo provide our customers with state-of-the-art technology solutions by continually monitoring, researching and testing the latest hardware and software products. We take the time to physically and financially tailor our customer's technology solutions to their business so that they can effectively compete in today's marketplace.Our HistoryOur firm was founded in 1988 as Computer Graphic Systems by Archie and Mark Fellenzer. Its mission was to address a need in the architectural and engineering community for computer CAD, plotting and scanning systems and on-site service. As technology improved, our company expanded and our focus changed to providing networking and IT outsourcing services, including the installation of dial-up LAN modems to provide email and internet access to all of the computers in the client's facility.In addition, with the advent of high speed DSL Internet access, we worked with local franchised telephone companies such as WVT Communications and Citizens Communications (now Frontier) to provide full service installations to their respective customers. In fact, our office served as the beta test site for Citizens' DSL in Middletown, NY. We also now work with Time Warner Cable to provide complete networked installations for their customers. We have since expanded into virtual private networking setup, configuration, and maintenance. Although our firm specializes on Microsoft Windows systems, we have expertise in Macintosh and Linux Systems as well.We started 2003 off with a name change to CGS Technology Solutions, LLC to better describe the comprehensive and integrated services our company provides. We are a proud member of Comp TIA and are an authorized HP/Compaq and Dell White Box System reseller.
