ChangeStacker offers an APP-based software platform that enables users to transfer the remainder change from a cashier transaction with a vendor to a secure account. The amount in the account can later be spent by the customer at the same vendor or at any of the participating vendors registered with ChangeStacker. Being a closed loop, the CS APP functions as a wallet and not as a financial entity. Its wallet records the amount of the user’s otherwise-accumulated coins as a number. As the amount of the number increases, the user is entitled to advancing levels of vendor specials to be redeemed directly from the CS APP. ChangeStacker was founded by Nicholas Tramontin and is based in Los Angeles, California.
