ChartNet Technologies, Inc., formerly Hudson Medical Systems, is a technology company that provides a transcription and dictation solution for healthcare providers and transcription service companies. Formed in 1999 by two brothers, Bill and Steve Kannen, Hudson Medical Systems quickly gained a loyal following as healthcare providers and medical transcription service owners recognized that ChartNet was a dictation and transcription solution that was very robust, secure and ahead of other platforms. Word-of-mouth referrals helped the Kannens grow their company over the next 11 years, during which time they continued to develop ChartNet, adding new features, web portal access and back-end speech recognition. In September of 2010, Hudson Medical Systems was acquired by ChartNet Technologies, Inc., a Florida Corporation.
