Cube4 was founded by Louise Stonehouse in New Albany, Ohio in 2013 to help businesses manage compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Louise has an extensive background in compliance, and has worked for SAP, PeopleSoft and Deloitte in California building compliance solutions, including products to manage the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the Food and Drug Administration. In 2011, Louise moved to Columbus, Ohio to join her son in owning and managing several Tim Hortons franchises, and was immediately impacted by the ACA. She decided to leverage her expertise and background to build a software solution to make it easy and affordable for businesses to comply with ACA.
