The company was founded in 2000 as the family office of a Dutch media entrepreneur, but evolved over the years into a diversified investment firm. The company aims to deliver absolute positive returns. Cyrte’s investment philosophy has remained the same over the years: to invest in beneficiaries of changing consumer behaviour as a result of the implementation of new technology in daily life. The key technological driver of our time is the internet. This is why Cyrte invests in companies that are enablers of key beneficiaries of the internet-related technologies.
