Draper Oakwood Royalty Capital ('Draper Oakwood') is to be a source of entrepreneur-friendly growth capital for businesses. Draper Oakwood specialises in royalty capital. Put simply, we will provide businesses the equity capital they need to grow, in exchange for a percentage of future revenues. We call this the “R Round” – a Royalty Round. Our capital is non-dilutive to entrepreneurs and investors. Unlike other equity investors, we do not seek to interfere in portfolio company business, or take board seats.
