Efecte is a Finnish software company founded in 1998. The company employs 40 people in four countries: Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. It is headquartered in Espoo, Finland, and its CEO is Sakari Suhonen, formerly Efecte's COO. The software company Efecte develops IT service management solutions, a user-friendly self-service channel designed to facilitate more efficient business processes and service production as well as RM5 IdM software for identity and access governance. Efecte's self-service channel enables employees to order all services offered by their organization quickly, efficiently and transparently from one place. Efecte operates in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
