eJust

eJust is an Arbitration Center whose teams are based in Paris and Geneva.

eJust is an institution that democratizes the arbitration available to all professionals and companies. Arbitration is governed in France by Articles 1442 and following of the Code of Civil Procedure. It results from the possibility of resorting to an alternative mode of litigation, until now not very accessible to the numerous actors of the economy. eJust democratizes this access thanks to cost control of the procedure and an extensive network of arbitrators with recognized experience in litigation.
