The company is based in Palo Alto, California with development centers in North Carolina and Shanghai, as well as international offices in Luxembourg, India, China, South Korea, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, Nigeria, Bangladesh and Japan. The company sold its Digital Commerce platform (Live Gamer Elements) to Autodesk in 2014, in order to focus on its core payments technology and business. It rebranded as Emergent Payments in early 2015 and invested in the payments platform, team and operations in high growth international markets.
