EnerBee is an industrial start-up developing energy harvesters, which, thanks to motion, replace batteries in consumer and industrial smart devices. All of us are making an extensive use of devices – like watches, remote controls, connected objects at home or with us, etc. – which requires batteries or plugs to be charged. More than 30 billion coin cell batteries are sold every year throughout the world. EnerBee is industrialising a multi-patented motion-based generator, which replaces these batteries or cables to power wireless connected objects thanks to the motion.
