Enstitute is a national, non-profit apprenticeship program for careers in business, technology, design, and entrepreneurship. The program works to address the growing cost of higher education and the current youth unemployment crisis. It provides young adults with one year, full-time, apprenticeships at startups, small businesses, and corporations around the country to prepare them for workforce and to accelerate their career trajectory. Enstitute consists of two main programs: Enstitute Direct and Enstitute University. Enstitute Direct is the flagship apprentice program that serves Millennials, aged 18-24, through a rigorous one year program. Enstitute University is a university pilot program in which students enrolled in its partner universities may participate in the Enstitute program for one year for college credit. Enstitute is a program of Sweat Equity Enterprises Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in New York, United States.
