Equality Bancorp was incorporated as a Delaware corporation on May 14, 1997 at the direction of the Board of Directors of the Association to hold all of the capital stock of the Association and to facilitate the Conversion and Reorganization. Equality Bancorp has not engaged in any business to date and is not expected to engage in any business until the consummation of the Conversion and Reorganization. Equality Bancorp's office is located at 9920 Watson Road, St. Louis, Missouri.
