ET Tech offers eye tracking technology solutions that assist in knowledge assessment of people.

The objective of the project is creation of a tool providing the most objective, super fast and inexpensive assessment. Markers of competence are parameters of eyes’ movements. The methodology is based on analysis of psychophysiological reactions of the human organism at the moment of recording of movements of his/her eyes based on eye tracking technology. Basic principles are endorsed by Russian psychophisiologists. The instrument can be applied when selecting and auditing personnel and also assessing knowledge of languages, distant education, testing, lie detecting.
