The Company will use advanced technologies and will own its own towers (with a goal of five towers within the first year of operation), and the towers will be on land that is initially leased and later wholly owned by the Company. Owning its own towers provides Extreme Wireless with advantages such as the ability to place equipment at preferred locations on each tower and to expand the equipment on each tower as the number of subscribers grows. These are important advantages that allow Extreme Wireless to offer services equal to or exceeding those of competitors at lower monthly subscription rates.
