Kaseya is an international company that produces remote management software for the information technology industry. It develops and sells commercial software to remotely manage and monitor computers running Windows, OSX, and Linux operating systems.Kaseya was launched in 2000 in Silicon Valley, California by Mark Sutherland (current company President), Paul Wong (current Chief Technical Officer), and Robert Davis (current Chief Marketing Officer). Current Kaseya CEO, Gerald Blackie, joined the company in 2003 by way of a 50/50 merger.Kaseya received press for locating laptops stolen from Blue Cross Blue Shield Association in 2009 and Mirus IT Solutions in 2011.In 2009, Kaseya acquired the PEPPM technology contract for IT automation solutions for the US government and education.
