Personalized Learning Games help children level up. Funded by the Department of Education, their games engage students and integrate formative and adaptive assessment for educators. Their games include Zoo U, Adventures Aboard the S.S. GRIN, Stories in Motion, and Hall of Heros. Each game adapts to students’ skill levels to optimize their learning—giving them the best chance for academic and social and emotional success. And they get results: Based on randomized controlled trials, their assessment and skill-building games are valid, reliable, and effective at improving SEL in “real life.”
