Peterson Ventures aims to be the premier capital partner for entrepreneurs and founders of businesses. We invest in start-up companies that often have nothing more than a great idea or are not yet profitable. In general, we work best with companies that have the following characteristics: * Talented entrepreneur with collaborative attitude * Highly qualified management team * Unique product / service offering * Scalable business model * Clearly-defined exit opportunities * Low capital requirements to achieve profitability Geography & Industries We are focused primarily on investments in the West Coast and Mountain West regions of the United States. However, we will consider investments outside of this region if they fit well with our investment strategy. While we do not specialize in making investments in any particular industry, we do avoid companies which require significant capital to prove product-market fit (i.e. clean tech, FDA regulated devices).
