Developed by a trio of Philly Startup Leaders members, the organization was inspired by conversations in the startup community about finding a technical co-founder. Two entrepreneurs who participated in the PSL Accelerator, Michael Riley and James Bright, launched the site, with Brad Derstine of GradeMyPC.
