Phyzit delivers a solution for patients to communicate with their physician through mobile telehealth conferencing, encrypted messaging, and audio/video/digital image files through usage of a smartphone or tablet. The patient will have scheduled “Phyzits” after discharge at regular intervals as well as on-call “Phyzits” by forwarding a message with standard mobile/tablet technology to alert their physician of an urgent need after discharge.
