Piramal Fund Management Pvt Ltd (“PFMPL”) is a part of the Piramal Capital, the financial services unit of Piramal Enterprises Ltd. PFMPL, (earlier known as Indiareit) was one of the first institutions in India to enter the Real Estate fund management business. Piramal Capital has combined its erstwhile Real Estate Private Equity fund management business (Indiareit) and its erstwhile NBFC (focused on real estate and allied sectors) into an integrated vertical targeting fund and funding opportunities within the real estate sector. This integrated entity is enabled to provide exposure to real estate across the entire capital stack i.e. private equity, structured / mezzanine equity, structured debt, senior secured debt and even construction finance.
