Plandex is a web-based application that uses for search, evaluation, and comparison of places based on quality of life indexes. Plandex allows its users to check the financial condition of the builder and verify accounting documents, check permission for the construction and verification of compliance with terms of construction, and check the contract with the developer and check documents of title to the land. Plandex is based in Russia and it is founded in 2013 by Ivan Matvienko and Kirill Fedotov.
