Each of the categories on Plot Shift will provide a prompt, but the rest of the story will be up to its users. Users of Plot Shift are encouraged to participate in any stories that interest them and vote on content they find funny, interesting, thoughtful, and more. Plot Shift was launched in 2014 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
