PodPoster LLC is the owner of the patent 'Automatic Submission of Audiovisual Content to Desired Destinations.' In 2009, the company partnered with BottleRocket to develop the PodPoster iPhone app, enabling listeners to send an audio comment to the podcaster right from their iPhone, iPod or iPad. While the app is aimed at the podcasting niche, the underlying process has many business applications, ranging from 'video comments on videos' to a 'universal commenting app' to 'voice of the consumer' to a telecommunications platform.
