Point Positive facilitates the introduction of entrepreneurs to its member angel investors.

Through presentations and other mechanisms, Point Positive facilitates the introduction of entrepreneurs to its member angel investors who decide on an individual basis as to whether or not they want to invest in a deal. Underlying this process are Point Positive's efforts to help promote and foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem within the Region through partnerships with area colleges and universities such as Clarkson, NCCC, Paul Smiths, Hamilton, Colgate, SUNY Plattsburgh and more, economic development organizations, other angel groups and venture capital funds, and emerging initiatives such as the Essex Farm Institute.
