PoolingPeople.ca is an online B2B that connects overstaffed and understaffed companies so they can temporarily borrow and lend employee services (on-site or remotely) and/or permanently transfer employeesa among members. When a company is understaffed they use PoolingPeople.ca to search for experienced part-time or full-time people to share, borrow, or permanently hire from other companies. When theyâ€re overstaffed, they register their companyâ€s excess employees for temporary loan or permanent transfer to another company. Being a member enables companies to reduce salary costs during idle time, make fewer seasonal or project-related layoffs, economically assist downsized workers in finding alternative employment, lower recruitment costs and make the company more profitable.
