TechPloyr.com is a new employment system, a sort of amalgamation between social networking and employment services. TechPloyr allows technical job seekers, called Phenoms, to create virtual resumes, attach video, images, google voice widgets, and a collection of descriptive tags to virtual resumes. TechPloyr also allows Employers and Recruiters to add job recruitments, which enable them to search for technical Phenoms.
