ZAPITANO was an app that offered an interactive TV experience by enabling users to discover, share and comment on TV shows.

Zapitano was a social TV startup from Berlin. The company went bankrupt in eary 2014. ZAPITANO offered a completely new interactive TV experience. While watching TV, viewers could login to ZAPITANO via a second screen device, such as a Laptop, Smartphone or Tablet-PC. They could then check into TV-Shows, talk about it with their friends, comment on TV-Stars, vote for their favourite TV-show and more.
