Anne-Marie Kermarrec

Founder of Mediego, a startup focused on real-time online content personalization, Kermarrec was a French computer scientist and professor at EPFL in Switzerland. There she headed the Scalable Computing Systems Laboratory in the School of Computer and Communication Sciences. Her research spanned distributed computing, epidemic algorithms, peer-to-peer networks, and systematic support for machine learning.

Before joining EPFL, she served as director of research at Inria in Rennes.
