D. James (Jim) Guzy, Sr.

An Angel Investor of numerous computer corporations, Guzy has served as an Intel Board member for 38 years. He has been a Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of SRC Computers, LLC and has served as Chairman and President of Arbor Company from 1969. He was a Co-Founder of Intel Corporation and has served as Director of Davis Selected Advisers Group of Mutual Funds and 106 Alliance Funds.

He served as the Chairman of PLX Technology Inc. from 1986 to December 18, 2013, and then served as its Director. Guzy has served as a Director Emeritus of Novellus Systems Inc. from April 16, 2004. He has served as an Independent Director of AllianceBernstein Funds and its Complex Funds from 1982. He has served as a Director of Intel Corp. from 1969.

Guzy has served as a Director Emeritus of Micro Component Technology Inc. and as a Member of the Advisory Board at Mirador Capital, LLC. He served as a Director of Tessera Technologies Inc. from June 2000 to May 19, 2005, when he was named as a Director Emeritus. He was also named as Director Emeritus of Logicvision Inc. on May 19, 2005. He served as a Director of Cirrus Logic Inc. from 1984 to July 2011.

He served as a Director of Micro Component Technology Inc. from July 1993; LogicVision Inc. from 1999; Novellus Systems Inc. from January 1990 to April 16, 2004; and Novellus Corporation. Guzy received his B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota and his M.S. degree from Stanford University. He has served on the Board of Trustees of The Leland Stanford Junior University.
