Ruth M. Davis

Chair of The Aerospace Corporation and deputy undersecretary of defense for research and advanced technology, Davis was an American computer scientist and civil servant associated with several major US government research projects.

She also served as assistant secretary of energy for resource applications, contributing to leadership roles across multiple branches of the federal government.
