Description

Inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2022 for her work with voice over IP (VoIP), Croak is an African American engineer whose VoIP-related inventions have shaped modern communications. During three decades at Bell Labs and AT&T, she filed over 200 patents. In 2014, she became Vice President of Engineering at Google.
