Dell has released a new budget Inspiron notebook, the Dell Inspiron 2200.Dell is calling it a notebook that "provides you with essential computing at an affordable price."It can be configured with a 14.1" or 15.0" display, Intel Celeron M or older Dothan Pentium M and as little as a 90-day warranty.Prices start at under $700 and basically the Inspiron 2200 is a mild step up from the low budget Inspiron 1000.
